Qualitative installation of cement plugs in wells
N.S.HamidovThe analysis of installations of cement plugs in wells through boring or pump-compressor pipes is resulted. The reasons of installations of poor-quality cement plugs are specified. On the basis of Azerbaijan and foreign experiences of cement plugs installations the new way is offered. For reception of the qualitative cement plug it is necessary to use three cementing stoppers dividing chisel cement and buffer solutions. Cementing stoppers should be all rubber with hydrodynamic stabilisation. It is necessary to rotate and up and down a suspension bracket of the centered pipes in a cement mortal exit in for trumper space. It is necessary to use in the bottom of the cement plug all rubber a stopper. Thus process goes under the manometre control on a well mouth, and quality (not mixed with a chisel solution) a cement mortal in the range of the plug is provided with three cementing stoppers (in pipes) and a buffer liquid – in for trumpet space.
