Grapho-analitical calculation method of resin-paraffin in oil pipelines
K.P.AliyevThe oil pipelines condition control is of great importance while offshore oil fields development in interplatform oil pipelines operation. The resin and paraffin ledges sank in the pipe internal surface may cause the pipeline diameter and capacity change. The resin-paraffin sediments definition via mathematical calculations mentioned in this paper is complicated. Taking these factors into account in the paper is suggested the resin-paraffin definition by means of grapho-analytical way. There is applied “Oil amount by periods” conception. This term means the oil amount injected from pipe inlet to outlet through its capacity. In oil and gas production board named after “28 May” has been made a report using the schedule for 500mm oil pipelines 254, 300 for inter platform and 3,4 from deep water sea oil jets to oil gathering station. The report shows that when the “oil amount by the period” is 2000, the results received by means of grapho-analytical method concide with calculation data. During the interfield oil pipelines operation inter-platform reports makes to take under control the resin-paraffin ledges in the oil pipelines.
