Method for sediments determination inside oil pipelines while oil transportation

On the basis of theoretical investigations the amount of sediments inside the pipeline while oil transportation has been determined here in this work. The formulas allowing to determine the mass of solid sediments, which occur while oil transportation depending on its parameters time, has been obtained zt was shown, that the rate of sedimentation increases along with oil throughput, where during the least capacity, when Q = 200 cum/hour, after 200 days sediments appear almost invisibly. The solids density reduction prolongs this period.
