Nature influence on cottonseed’s oil rheological properties of screwed lubricants

The research results of plant oils influence on obtained screw lubricants quality have been stated in the article. Given graphical dependence of lubricant from quantity of cottonseed oil, with the increasing of cottonseed oil quantity the dew point of lubricant increases. Optimal quantity of cottonseed oil has been obtained. For stability structure of oil forcing and changing the oxidation by air with pre-sence of hydrogen peroxide has been carried out. It has been revealed that by 33% hydrogen peroxide increasing also multiply the kinematic viscosity of cottonseed oil. The article also contains graphical dependence between hydrogen peroxide quantities and increase of oxidized oil kinematic viscosity. Optimal quantity of hydrogen peroxide has been obtained. This dependence shown as a graphic with increase of oxidized cottonseed oil quantity up to 20%, increasing the dew point of lubricant. Influence of oxidized cottonseed oil on lubricant dew point has been researched. Further rising of the rate brings to the slump of the temperature. Optimal quantity of purified cottonseed oil has been obtained. By using optimal quantity of oxidized cottonseed oil and different quantities of castor oil have been obtained and studied practiced thread lubricants patterns. Comparative results of obtained thread and industrial lubricants tests P-416 and P-113 are given too.
