New bactericide preparations based on petrochemical technologies by - products

GasanovOne of the main problems in petrochemical and oil refining industry is an efficient by-products application of petrochemical processes and receiving on these compounds of petrochemical and organic synthesis. It is more important for the petrochemical processes of Azerbaijan Republic, such as pyrolysis direction in Sumgait ( EP-300), where the multitonnage by-product as C-5 fraction has been received. This C-5 fraction of pyrolysis containing liquid products is in the composition of many valuable chemical compounds, such as aliphatic and alycyclic 1,3-pentadienes. The using of these compounds in petrochemical and organic synthesis is one of the main problems now, because these dienes are the initial compounds for the synthesis of many useful industrial products, such as plasticizers, modificators, fragrant compounds and biological active compounds. The synthesis of functionalized alicyclic compounds based on pyrolisis by-products has been carried out. It showed that these compounds may be used in different spheres of industry. Some of them may be utilised as antiseptical preparations.
