Vat residue adsorption cleaning of isopropyl alcohol absolution column
M.A. HuseynovaIn thesis hereby the possibility making of isopropyl alcohol by propylene sulphuric acid hydration production wasteless technology has been considered. The vat residue of the isopropyl alcohol absolution column contains alcohol, isopropylene and oxygen containing compounds oligomers – products of propylene and its oligomers oxidation. Present research turns to utilization of the isopropyl alcohol absolution column vat residue and production on its basic useful product. In the work the adsorption cleaning of vat residue from propylene oligomers and their oxidation products mixtures has been used and return of refined waste as the aim product. Аs an adsorbent – aluminosilikate of Azerbaijan deposit, modified by copper ion in mixture with NaY ceolite in H+ form has been used. The outlet curve of adsorption extraction from isopropyl alcohol has been constructed. For calculation of the adsorbent working layer height the Micgel Treble formula has been used. The dynamic parameters of the heavy product sorption: dynamic adsorption sorbent ability, adsorption capacity use degree have been calculated. As a result of research works it has been considered that used adsorbent is of great activity.
