The present status systems or monitoring and functional diagnostic of leakages in the pipelines and organization arrangements for reducing the oil loss

This paper gives the view of present systematic and technical status of the leakages disclosure problem from the main pipeline considered different monitoring systems for oil pipelines. The basis considered examples are the monitoring system of status in the pipeline on the mathematical modelling methods. Systems Sherlog Security Pipelines and «Galileo» firm Crone, based on applied application of some intercommunicated and principally distinguished mathematical models, taking into account also the pipelines thermodynamics, are built on some levels estimation and used for detection not sanctioned cut in pips damages. Besides they are used for management, measuring and whole technological complex and also may be successfully used for pipes, transporting liquid and gas. The principles of determined modelling of exploitation regimes MNP reflected in works of IPTER (Ufa) and RUNG named after Gubkin (Moscow) used mathematical model within the functional diagnostic system complicated by technological exploitation regimes of the pipelines as the method of equations mass balance decision. The program different function complexes are described. In the developments of Enrique Pipeline I in SKADA company are marked four principally different approaches for the disclosure problem solution, namely method based on the wave registration rarefied on the controlled areas discharged ends in moment of leakage, barokorrelated principle of leakages localization hydraulically, acoustic method of leakage disclosure, based on registration of characteristic ultrasound range, appeared due to outflow stopping under the pressure, the differential method reduction on lot of pipe is equipped with wallow-meters approach to solution. These different problem solution approaches consider using technical means distinguished from the complex and information providing. It is noted that basic oil losses while leakages appear due to considerable time spending on localisation measures and failure liquidation and that is why it is more advisable to develop mobile repair groups.
