Modern state of technological processes of demercaptanisation of oil and oil products and their intensification via new heterogeneous catalysts

Authors of the present article confirm that in the content of crude oil there are different sulphur-containing compounds. These compounds put out of action technological devices and equipment in crude oil refining, as well as present carrying out the process in necessary direction. That is why before refining oil and oil products demercaptanization processes are carried out. In this connection authors have suggested new synthesized heterogeneous catalytic systems. Carried out scientific researches showed that these heterogeneous catalytic systems the basis of which is Mn–Fe and Co–Fe ligands, applied on clinoptilolite have high active action in treatment of oil and oil products out of sulphur containing compounds. Influence of main technological parameters on activity of obtained catalysts was investigated and optimum conditions, allowing reach 99,8–99,9% were determined.
