Theoretical and methodological aspects of increasing EOR factor

In the paper, on the basis of international studies, the theoretical and methodological aspects of  increasing EOR (enhanced oil recovery) factor are discussed. For that purpose, the paper substantiates the role of oil production in the macroeconomic development of the country and the integration of international relations.
Therefore, the relationship between the EOR and uplift is substantiated. The development of new methods is considered as actual for EOR.
That’s  why, the paper discusses the existing world methods in the direction of EOR.
At the end of the paper, a classification is made of more advanced innovative methods that can be used for EOR in our country, and a new modification of these methods is suggested.
