About the method of definition of the factor of hydraulic resistance while drilling of wells

It is known that drilling of oil and gas wells and complication of drilling to the depth without any accident depends on a correct choice of technology for drilling considering occurrence of various difficulties along the well. One of the frequently met complications is absorption and leaving of a chisel solution in the layer and appearance of layers and fountains. These complications hamper the process of normal drilling of the well and in some cases leads to serious failures and liquidation of the well. Therefore while constructing of the technological project it is necessary to take into account of actions on prevention and struggle against these difficulties. The main cause of occurrence of these complications is related to fluctuation of hydrodynamical pressure in the ring space of the well. As it was stated above, we carry our researches by experimental definition of factor of hydraulic resistance in the ring space of the well k and it does not depend on Reynolds Рек parameter in a wide range and causes hydraulic pressure in the ring space of the well. As a result of carried out experiments and processing of their data empirical formulas describing dependence к=ф(Рек) for wells with small and normal diameters are offered. These formulas allow to define hydraulic resistance and hydrodynamical pressure in the ring space of the well pk while drilling oil and gas wells both on old and new perspective sea deposits of Azerbaijan and to supervise backpressure on the opened horizon proceeding from layer pressure and to warn complications.
