A number of inhibited compositions protecting metals from corrosion and preventing them from carbonate salt deposits on the base oxyethylenephonium asid (OEDPh), zinc chloride and bis- (arylsulphonate) ammonium (BA) by us. For preparation of BA at first the sulphonation of the residues of catalytic cracking (light-gas), then the condensation of the obtained product with formalin were carried out. Further the prepared bis-arylsulphoacid was neutralized by 25 % aqueous solution of ammonia at 5055 оC physico-chemical indexes of BA, OEDPh and zinc chloride taken in different mass ratio were prepared, their action on the process of corrosion of steel and carbonated salt deposits on water recirculation system at high temperature (90 оC) and level of mineralization 4, 5 q/l was investigated. The highest result was observed at the following ratio of ingredients: BA - 3 q/l, zinc chloride 1 q/l. The developed inhibited composition prevents the corrosion of steel completely and simultaneously inhibits the process of the carbonated salt deposits.
