Joint refining of oil-containing waste and drainage emulsion, formed during calcination and desalting of the oil
S. M. ZeynallyIt is known that currently one of the acute problems of the enterprises of oil-refining industry is refining of liquid and solid oil-containing waste collected in oil barns out of the danger of pollution of soil and subsoil waters. Besides, evaporation of the open surface of ponds-stores pollutes air and it leads to ecological balance distribution in the nature. The greatest quantity of oil-containing waste is formed in oil reception and preparation points. The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of joint refining of oil-containing waste and drainage emulsions formed in calcination and desalting. For decrease in expenses for utilization of oil-waste and prevention of dump of drainage emulsions in oil barns, the researches have been carried out with the purpose of definition of optimum conditions of their joint refining. Possibility of oil-containing waste refining has been defined: dilution of them by drainage emulsions with additions of demulsifier KAAN at calculation 100 g/t. The developed technology of joint utilization of oil-containing waste and drainage emulsions can be recommended for use on installations of complex preparation of oil.
