Nickel-porphyrene complexes of oil on the base of porphyrene supramolecular concentrate isolated from asphaltenes by means of selective extraction with acetone are obtained. Perspective application of these complexes as hydraulic dressing oil residues has been shown. Definite success has been achieved in industrial implementation of these processes in a number of developed countries which refine for export, but catalysts providing hard conditions for hydraulic ore dressing residues dont exist yet. Investigations on hydrocracking reactions show that they take place only at the initial stage of the process. During the cracking reactions observed working time doesnt exceed 105 hours in homogenous process. As it was mentioned above, maximum value is obtained at 420 оC temperature or higher, coke formation and other thermal reactions influence hydrocracking. For reducing coke formation in hydrocracking process we have removed asphaltenes out of oil residue applying selective solvents (netroleum ether, gas condensate boiling point 3560 оC). While using residue without asphalten and with resin, in the period of keeping coke balanced the active centers of catalyst are lasting. In accordance with it normal work condition of catalyst is not obtained practically. In this process influence of pressure on this reaction has been studied for the purpose of decrease of unnecessary products and coke formation.
