Nanotechnologies in oil and gas well drilling and tribomechanics properties management

In the world drilling practice for the first time was developed new nanosystems for drilling mud. Due to experimental investigation was revealed that it is necessary to use the nanosystems while productive horizon drilling process. It was defined that nanooil and nanobitumen systems reduce filter claypan tribotechnical properties up to 3,515 times. Above mentioned systems enable to create insulating screen before the productive horizon reservoirs and prevent formation contamination. Corresponding contents prevent reservoir contamination while productive series drilling and creates protecting screen. It was defined that nanooil and nanobitumen systems have memory. These systems enables speed increasing, improves working conditions of hummer and drilling belt in the well. Appliance of corresponding systems in SOCAR wells enables to achieve economical efficiency.
