Research of possibility of overhaul period increasing on the basis of mathematical experiments

Being a complex value, the overhaul period of wells is defined by influence of some natural and technogenic factors which, in turn, define development conditions. Therefore possibility of management of overhaul period in certain degree by means of technogenic factors regulation and parameters is very important for more rational use of well fund and optimization of field development. Considering this possibility of overhaul period regulation by means of carrying out of passive experiments can be more favorable to rational use of well fund and optimization of operation of field. In this connection, in this article possibilities of increase overhaul period on the basis of mathematical experiments and the system analysis of the field data on Balakhanyneft field of SOCAR are investigated and estimated. The operating practice of about 100 wells, maintained by well pumping unit is analyzed. By means of the special computer program with a great precision mathematical models for the main producing characteristics of overhaul period are constructed. Have been investigated oil and water production rate, water cut, as the informative factors influencing on overhaul period, defining volume of production and characterizing the whole operating practices. It is established that changing producing characteristics by only one unit gives the chance to increase on the average overhaul period for 3 days. By carrying out of calculations possibility of technical and economic efficiency of overhaul period increase is shown. It is necessary to note that because the conducted analysis has system character the received results basically are generalized and have look-ahead value. Besides, received models of overhaul can be used further as a basis for creation of high level and multi- criterion models in SOCAR.
