States and perspectives of saline deposits prevention within the system of oil gathering on OGPD “Balakhanyneft”
O.A. GaraevThe efficiency of measures on oil field equipment saline deposits prevention is determined by formation water nature and the dynamics of their flows change. The results of investigation in hydrochemical composition of formation water, sampled on 5 sections of OGPD Balakhanyneft I field are the basis of forecast estimations of saline deposits intensity. It is shown, that investigated formation waters have in mainly carbonate nature. At this the waters of IV and V sections differ by increased content of deposit scale forming ion and total content of carbonate salts in these waters is about 23,0 % from potential quantity of saline sum, since in other section waters that indicator does not exceed 6,5 %. The investigations are carried out and the efficiency of saline deposition prevention in field equipment using traditional chemical surface active agents is shown. The properties of chemical agents composition used for field equipment saline deposits treatment are provided.
