Ways of petroleum oil fractions processing from Azeri oil fields
S.B. LoghmanovaResults of investigation of properties of Azeri petroleum oil fractions under 50 оC and processing of them by two ways are presented. I way selective purification dewaxing hidrofining in a hard mode. It is shown that using this way it is possible to obtain base oils of SAE-20 and 30 type which meet the requirements of perspective standards. II way offers hydrocatalytic processing of oil fractions of petroleum under 50 оC, including the following processes: hydrocracking - hydroisomerization, hydrocatalytic dewaxing. Optimal regimes and catalysts for the process have been determined. The industrial turbine and other energetic oils have been obtained which meet the requirements of perspective standards for their qualities. The total yield of oils to petroleum constitutes ~24 %. Group composition of oils has been studied. According IR-spectroscopy, it is shown that in composition with raw material they contain saturated structures and differ by low content of aromatic hydrocarbons.
