Re-structuring: need of marketing and analysis of the enterprise competitive position in market
E.Kh. AlekberovaThe main activity of the enterprise becomes in modern condition marketing. Marketing is the most sick place majority enterprise. The problem product production already long ago has alterred by sawing on byplay, but ability of the enterprise to sell the made product is the most important indicator for potential investor. Many enterprises undertake the steps to re-structuring or create new marketing system of the enterprise. Need in quick adaptation to new requirements market leads to that that survival - maintenance of most existence and wholeness of the enterprise as isolated organism of the economy changes in main motive of the behaviour of the company. This reveals itself in several possible strategies of its behaviour, amongst which: marketing, production, financial, organizing and etc. Because of that the competitive position clearly is not defined, managament begins to understand that something goes not so only after evident reduction volume of sales. In given situations as a rule are undertaken attempts to adjust the marketing by searching for all new and new sales market for its product whereas life cycle, for instance, in consequence of technologies development beside rival is already found on stage of the remaining demand. Or, for instance, finding new raw materials has allowed the rival vastly to reduce prices on its product. Hence is clearly tracked need in the constant monitoring to branches and complex study of its competitive position in it.
