Employment spheres and possibilities of horizontal wells are well known in the modeling of oil and gas deposits. One of them is combined operation of horizontal wells with vertical ones. In the regime of displacement horizontal and vertical boreholes can be used combined in the counter and heel water exciting layers. If the operating layer is locked, if its counters are resistant and if vertical boreholes are considered for production, horizontal boreholes must be injection and produced liquid capacity depends on pressure of water - pumping into the layer. According to it, mathematical modeling and solution to the problem of displacing to oil by water in vertical boreholes with employment of water pumping horizontal wells in locked layer having form of square wave prism and water resistant counter have been looked through. In the article at first, mathematical problem was solved for one horizontal and vertical bore holes in the layer, then this was generalized liquid influx to one horizontal and any vertical boreholes in any points of the layer. Due to got formulas hidrodynamic calculations have been done depending on the numbers of vertical boreholes, the length of the tube of horizontal borehole, perforations density held both in vertical and horizontal wells and liquid volume has been determined. These calculations have led to practically significant conclusions.
