The determination of plunger stroke length loss and sinking depth of pump in the rod pump setting
T. M. VerdiyevThe article is devoted to optimal design of intrawell equipments of the rod pump setting and determination of base parameters of the wellsweep machine. From material analyses it appears that some works made in this sphere such as determination of sinking depth of pump and determination of plunger stroke length loss need to be improved. A new method for determination of sinking depth of the pump was offered. The essence of this method is as following. First all sinking depth of the pump for ultimate wellsweep machine and rod pipe is determined. Then the determined depth is divided on equal parts. Deep well pumping unit parameters are determined through separate points and pump setting depth is determined in accordance with noted point where rate and parameters are lower than normal rate and pump setting depth is more than normal rate at least for one parameters. Then mentioned interval is divided on equal parts again and deep well pumping unit parameters are determined. According to the same rule the rest piece is divided on equal parts again and the least sinking depth of the pump is calculated very accurately. The process goes on until one of the parameters should be equal to the normal rate.
