The problems of synthesis and the use of the new and more effective nontoxic and less toxic sealing lubricants on the basis of accessible components are actual. In the development process of the new lubricants was made an attempt of selection and investigation of the new type of dispersive medium and disperse phase, providing the absence of corrosive action on steel and cast iron of minimum influence on the change of the volume of rubber details of amplifier, leading to the breach of airtightness of amplifier and establishment of the necessary level of high temperature stability and high tribological properties also. It was shown that the sealing lubricant with composition of castor oil 16, soapstok 10, stearine 10 has high drop temperature, colloid stability and plasticity. Taking into consideration the optimal concentration of reagents, the experienced samples were prepared and the tests were conducted. The tests have shown that the obtained lubricant by qualities corresponds to industrial sealing lubricants. But, the obtained lubricant does not contain the toxic compounds and thats why it is economically secure. In the developed composition the optimal concentration for lithium hydroxide is 6%. At this concentration was obtained the neutral lubricant with penetration 260. For providing the plasticity and reducing of the solubility of the sealing lubricant in petroleum and petroleum products to the developed composition instead of stearine were added till 15% of cotton oil and it provides the lubricant the plasticity and high drop temperature.
