Oils for gear of industrial equipment

MusayevаThe article is devoted to the development of analogies of oils of series ИТД on the base of oils from Baku petroleum for lubrication of gear of industrial equipment working at high loads. Corresponding compounds were selected as base foundation of these analogies and on their base lubricating compositions were formed. For improvement of lubricating properties load carrying additive ИXП - 14M and antiwear additive were used in lubricating compositions. Optimal structure of lubricating compositions was defined. The influence of test duration on antiwear efficiency of analogies of ИТД for comparison with standard oil containing additive АБЭС was studied. The results of the researches have shown that the analogies of oils of series ИТД -68, ИТД - 100 and ИТД - 220 do not change their antiwear efficiency. Addition of protective additives B 15/41 and ПМС A to the structure of lubricating compositions practically prevent the corrosion of steel in humid medium. In lubricating composition the combination of additives ИXП-14M, ДФ-11, Viscoplex 5-309, B-15/41 and ПМС A in optimal concentrations gives high exploitation properties of developed analogies of series ИТД. The developed analogies satisfy to all standard of ТУ and somewhat the lubricating properties even surpass them and may be recommended for the use in gear of industrial equipment of highloaded machines and mechanisms.
