Investigation of labour quality problems in the condition of modern systems of the quality management in institutions

This article is devoted to analysis of some features and valuation opportunities of labour quality improvement. As it is known such conditions as development of social production, expanding of application of science and high technologies, raise of labour quality and productivity provide improvement of material and spiritual level of peoples lives. In this connection, Organization of International Standards (OIS) has developed authoritative OIS serial management systems which are applied in the most developed countries. High quality goods are produced by qualitative labour of workers and managing of this big scale labour assumes very big importance. Quality of any product is determined with the quality of peoples labour who take part in its production. That is why for planned improvement of quality of product it is necessary to conduct the peoples labour who produce it, connected with it the problems of management and improvement of labour quality have been investigated in this article. Investigation of practical work and scientific research on the considered problem has revealed very important characters such as multi staged regulation of improvement of social labour quality, valuation factors, economical planning, information guarantee, material spiritual stimulation. In order to calculate and evaluate labour quality, the proper approach and formulas based on mathematical statistics have been proposed. Presented approach should be used in design and constructing more complicated general models of total quality management in oilgas production enterprises.
