Results of laboratory and practical tests of structure for water inflow restriction in wells
Sh.P.KazimovThe majority of Azneft Production Union fields are in the finishing stage of development. This stage is characterized with increase of the negative factors caused both objective and subjective reasons: non-uniform development of stocks, increase of water volume in extracted production, share increase extracted hardly stocks, ageing and deterioration of fund of extracting and delivery wells and etc. For today development of many oil fields with application water forcing enters the stage which is characterized with mass drowning of wells and extraction passing with oil of a considerable quantity of water. In the course of these wells development there appears a number of problems connected with advancing water inflow to the well surface which blocks the petroliferous part of the layer and reduces layer extracting possibilities. Permeability of the cement stone also increases depending on quantity of polymer. The structure for isolation with high adhesive properties and consisting of M-400 mark cement of polymeric structure of mark 3003 is offered. The quantity of used polymer makes 3-4 % from volume of water for cement mortal preparation. The firm weight with the elastic properties, received as a result of displacement of these components isolates water channels in layers with temperature up to 100 С, preventing and limiting water inflow highly. As a result of conducted technological process the daily oil recovery has increased for 25 %, and water has decreased for 60 % and the well continues to work without repairs. Economic efficiency received from introduction of the solution for isolation with elastic properties in 2 wells makes 12128.8 AZN.
