The reserves of exploitation charges decreasing in oil producing establishments

In suggested paper analyzing the exploitation charges dynamics are defined the reserves for their decreasing during recent years. Here are theoretically based the conceptual issues of developed practical measures on oil production net cost decreasing. The indexes of well fund usage and the changing dynamics of inactive well fund are being widely studied and important suggestions for repair works conducting are made. In the paper has been developed the economic-mathematic model of financial charges norm and also the mechanism of its approbation in studied establishments suggested.
